the location near the city hall was convenient.
The lack of air conditioning combined with noise from nearby bars made sleeping difficult. noise persisted until late at night. Garbage collection followed soon after. the room itself was also quite small.

the room was so small i could barely turn around it was like a clown car the bathroom was not much better with mold everywhere i felt dirtier after showering i wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy

The location proved advantageous. It was only a short walk to a metro station. the staff was amiable. They answered my questions with patience. i found the modern decor of the room to be quite nice.
the room, however, was quite small. i found the bed to be a bit too firm for my liking. noise from the street below was noticeable during the night.
